We have been told that good fatty acids improve cholesterol, and we believe that these ingredients are rich in antioxidants, which naturally eliminate free radicals. Scientists tell us so.

However, the research is a little different. If we assume this, we logically assume that the studies are correct. Therefore, we would come to the conclusion that you would have to have the amounts used in clinical studies, which range in the thousands.

In other words, it would literally be impossible to get the clinically proven amount of that ingredient. Sesamin requires another 300mg, omega fatty acids usually about 3000mg (to lower cholesterol), and on down the line.

In short, you can be skeptical of our review if you want, that’s completely fine. However, we are basing all of this on research and studies. If we assume the studies are valid, then we have to assume that you would need those high amounts.
