By reducing stress, improving your sleep, and increasing your metabolism, Abrexin helps you to wake up slimmer. What could possibly be easier? Let’s break Abrexin down to the basics and see how things turn out.

Better Sleep

Studies have shown that when you sleep better, you are more likely to maintain a healthy weight. Specifically, you need at least 8 hours of sleep per night. So logically, Abrexin would be made up, at least in part of natural sleep aids such as melatonin and valerian root. So far, Abrexin does not have a single sleep aid.

What About Fat Burning?

The more direct of Abrexin’s supposed approaches to weight loss, Abrexin describes what is supposedly a clinically proven way to burn fat. Abrexin details the ways in which the key ingredient Lactoferrin supposedly increases metabolism and thermogenic fat burning, but as far as we can tell, it’s all a front. For what? We couldn’t exactly say. However, we do know that none of the ingredients in Abrexin have ever been clinically proven to promote any weight loss.

Lactoferrin is a milk protein that (if we’re being generous) is meant to be an antibacterial. How is that even remotely related to fat burning?

Should You Buy Abrexin?

On the plus side, Abrexin seems to be completely stimulant-free. There are only 3 ingredients listed. However, Abrexin also uses a “proprietary blend”, which is a nice way of saying that this product does not actually reveal some of the most important details: the doses of each individual ingredient. Even if Abrexin had clinically proven fat burners, we would have no way of verifying that makers used the clinically proven amounts.

When it comes to Abrexin, we could be missing something. Science isn’t perfect. However, we trust science over some diet pill company’s word.
