The word ‘slender’ just about sums up every girl’s dream body, me included. And it just so happens that BeautyFit makes a diet pill that promises to make ‘slender’ a reality for women everywhere! I’m going to thoroughly review this product to see if it really has the ability to slenderize users.

BeautySlender Details

BeautySlender is a diet pill created by BeautyFit, a company formed to support women’s health. This particular diet pill is interesting because it uses Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), a fatty acid that has been tested and shown to decrease body fat.

I have heard about CLA before and am really curious about whether or not it is effective in weight loss. I am going to look closer at all of the ingredients to decide whether or not BeautySlender really will make women who take it slender.

Ingredient Composition

The BeautySlender formula is made up different kinds of fatty acids that occur in the body or in plants. After researching each of the ingredients in the proprietary blend, however, it became apparent that not many of the ingredients are related to losing weight.

A lot promote heart health and healthy cholesterol levels, but as elements of a diet pill, I’m not sure that many of the ingredients in the BeautySlender formula have business being in the proprietary blend.

Another thing that is unfortunate about the BeautySlender formula is the presence of a proprietary blend. This is often a trick that weight loss companies use in order to vaguely mention ingredients that are beneficial without revealing exact amounts used.

Alright, let’s talk about CLA. This is the ingredient that keeps me intrigued about BeautySlender. It is something that not a ton of people know about and is often used as a supplement.

The way that it works is that it stops the body from storing fat. In this way, it is similar to Irvingia Gabonensis. But it actually does more because it helps your body use your fat stores as an energy source so that they are depleted and also increases lean muscle mass. Sounds good to me!

The once catch with CLA is that it won’t help you lose weight. I know, it’s confusing. What CLA has been shown to do is decrease body fat percentage and increase lean muscle mass percentage. This means that since the body increases in muscle, your weight won’t really change that much.

Your body composition will be healthier, however.

In order to CLA to start breaking down fat and start increasing muscle, it is needed to be taken in between 1.8-7 grams daily.

Unfortunately, there is no way that there is enough CLA in BeautySlender for it to be effective. This is unfortunate, because it seems like CLA could be a really great health supplement.

Conclusion

After reviewing everything about this product, I have a hard time recommending it to users for weight loss. It seems like it is a fairly healthy supplement that doesn’t have any side-effects, but it won’t do much, if anything, to make you more slender. Swing and a miss, BeautyFit.
