Does Chili Burn Have Other Clinically Proven Fat Burners?

Chili Burn’s natural formula capitalizes on the mild effects of chili pepper, but the truth is that there are other weight loss ingredients to be found, or rather one. Green tea has been through hundreds of clinical studies that show that this ingredient can potentially promote healthy weight loss. Studies show that green tea uses caffeine to increase your metabolism while simultaneously promoting better health with plenty of natural antioxidants.

If the product has at least 400mg of green tea, there’s no reason to think that blend couldn’t burn fat. Chili Burn does not actually tell us how much green tea it uses. Generally, this means that the product does not use anywhere near the clinically proven amounts, and we don’t see Chili Burn being any exception to that rule.

Chili Burn’s other ingredients have never actually been studied, let alone proven, to promote any weight loss benefits that we know of. Ingredients like dill and peppermint do have certain health benefits, fighting indigestion and certain other benefits. However, any weight loss benefits are entirely unproven so far.

Is Chili Burn Safe?

Chili Burn uses ingredients that are mostly stimulant free. However, Chili Burn does use green tea. This is the only weight loss ingredient in Chili Burn besides chili, and the only one based on caffeine. Chili Burn can cause jitters, insomnia, and other caffeine related side effects as well as indigestion because of the chili powder. However, the likelihood of these side effects depends on your body type.

Is Chili Burn Worth Buying?

Chili Burn uses a couple of ingredients that could promote weight loss. Based on the small requirements, we believe that this blend probably has the clinically proven amounts of chili pepper. However, the effects of chili pepper on weight loss are actually relatively small, and we don’t see any other particularly effective approaches to healthy weight loss in Chili Burn.

Chili Burn does have some ingredients that could potentially promote healthy antioxidant benefits while fighting issues such as indigestion. However, we are specifically reviewing Chili Burn as a fat burner, which this formula it seems is not.
