EPH- 200 Review

 

EPH-200 is a fat burner from Tom Lee Health. They make some pretty ridiculous claims on their web page here is one of them, “take a few capsules of EPH-200 each day to lose a pound of fat every 24 hours”. They also claim you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight. They have no studies or scientific evidence to back these outrageous claims.

 

Lets take a look at the ingredients in EPH-200 to see if there is even a shred a credibility to their product.

 

The main ingredients in EPH-200 include

 

§  Calcium

§  Chromium-  balances blood sugar levels

§  Citrus Aurantium-  (very poor fat burner)

§  Green Tea

§  South African Hoodia Gordonii

§  Garcinia Cambogia-  use to be considered a carb blocker(recent studies prove this to be false)

§  Gymnema Sylvestre-  affects blood glucose levels (great fat burner)

§  Guarana-  natural caffeine source

§  Yerba Mate-  natural caffeine source

§  White Willow Bark-  natural form of aspirin (with ephedrine no longer in diet pills this ingredient is no longer an effective ingredient for weight loss supplements)

 

This ingredient list did not come with a milligram content of a proprietary blend or an individual ingredient amount. My guess is because this product only contains minimal amounts of the good ingredients and the rest of the product is cheap fillers.

 

Conclusion

 

 EPH-200 does contain a few effective ingredients but even great ingredients will not aid in weight loss unless they have a high content amount. I think the term a “pinch of this and a pinch of that” describes EPH-200’s formulation. There’s no science or reason and as a result you get a poor fat burner.
