Gaurana a natural form of caffeine is another good ingredient that will aid in weight loss and increase energy levels.
Green Tea Extreme does contain some good ingredients but the thing is that there are other weight loss supplements that have these fat burners plus a lot of other great ingredients that will increase your weight loss dramatically.
I would give Green Tea Extreme a big thumbs down. Don’t let their flashy web page fool you. If you only need to lose 1 or 2 pounds this product may work for you but if you are looking for dramatic results this is not the weight loss supplement you want. You are not going to get a bang for your buck with this product only containing trace amount of these three ingredients, even if they are good ingredients you need other quality fat burners to go with them.
