Hoodia bites is a chew that is suppose to “curb your appetite”. The chews look like green and yellow skittles. I must admit they look pretty tasty they call them “taffy-like candy“. But do they really help you loose weight? Because if not I can buy a whole bag of skittles for fifty cents. Lets take a closer look.
Hoodia bites contain no sugar so I take back my tasty comment. Each lemon and lime piece contains 250 mg of hoodia and are 10 calories a piece. I could eat ten tic tacs to equal the calorie content of a hoodia bite.
You are suppose to eat some Hoodia Bites every time you get hungry. I really think I would have all 60 pieces gone in a couple of days and that would be 600 calories from Hoodia Bites alone.
