The main ingredient of this product is 7-alpha-hydroxy-dehydroepiandrosterone which the manufacturer states it will “assist your pursuit of lean mass and low body fat by controlling cortisol”. 7-OH is the main and only significant ingredient found in Lean Xtreme.. I am not all that pleased with the customer reviews that I have found on Lean Xtreme. Many of the customers state little effect on the loss of body fat from 7-OH. In comparison of 7-OH to 7 -Keto DHEA, I would definitely use 7- Keto DHEA based on the customer reviews that I have read. There seems to be a much larger fat burning success rate with 7 -Keto DHEA.

I would not recommend Lean Xtreme mainly because of the reviews of people that have used this product or products that the main ingredient is 7-OH. I would recommend a product that uses 7-Keto DHEA along with other ingredients that help break down fat tissue and help reduce the storage of fat tissue. A product that reduces the storage and helps the break down of adipose tissue would work much better than just 7-OH.
