I was surprised to see that these are the only ingredients in Lipo-6 Hers. None of these ingredients address a big reason women gain weight and that is hormonal balances. I do think that the ingredient Phenylethylamine is good weight loss ingredient but I have found it in other weight loss formulations that I think are much more effective these products are called Fentraphen and Xyphedra.
