What Does Chia Do?

According to sources like Dr. Weil, who is a well-known internet doctor, chia is known for its healthy fiber and omega fatty acid content. Because of the fiber, chia may improve regularity, enhance digestive function, and improve the nutrient content of eggs when given to chickens.

According to studies, the only extraordinary benefit of chia seeds is for chickens. Again, chia seed has been used to enhance the healthy omega content of eggs. However, studies have never demonstrated any weight loss benefits, particularly strange health benefits, etc.

Of course, the Purisalv website tries to push chia as the ultimate way to enhance glowing skin, build lean muscle mass, reduce appetite, and burn fat while lowering blood sugar, cholesterol, joint inflammation, etc. To be fair, fiber can lower cholesterol and help to regulate blood sugar.
