Abdominal Cuts Review
Abdominal Cuts is a diet pill that “contains naturally occurring, healthy oils that are clinically studied.” At least that is their claim. I couldn’t find anything about a study or how the oils work to promote weight loss. These are the ingredients:
Abdominal Cuts Proprietary Blend 3000 mg
CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
 GLA (gamma Linolenic Acid)(omega-6)
ALA (alpha-Linoleic Acid)(omega-3)
  EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) (omega-3)
DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid)(omega-3)
  Sesamin (Sesame Oil)
  Vitamin E
I do like that Abdominal Cuts contains the ingredient CLA. Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a fatty acid found in meat and dairy products. Research has shown that CLA may help build muscle, reduce body fat, and improve health. However CLA is the only ingredient that I was really impressed with. The other ingredients are not fat burners. Don’t get me wrong I know that essential fatty acids such as omega-3s are crucial for optimal health, but you don’t need to pay $44.99 to get them. Eat more salmon or go to your health food store and ask for flax seed oil.
Abdominal Cuts uses a proprietary blend. This could be a problem because for all we know 1500 mg of the product could be just plain old Vitamin E oil that you can buy at the grocery store.
These are the claimed benefits of Abdominal Cuts
- Reduction in Thigh Fat
- Overall Surface Fat Reduction
- Curbing of Sugar Cravings
- Lean Tissue Enhancement
Even though this product contains CLA and may benefit your health, I don’t see any way it could ever accomplish these claimed benefits. This fat burner seems very ineffective and is way overpriced at $44.99 a bottle. I think the fancy glass container may be worth more than the actual product.
