Animal Cuts is a supplement designed to help professional bodybuilders lose water weight so they look more ripped or cut just before a competition. If you are trying to loose fat for long term weight loss this is not the product for you. Long term use of diuretics like this product could lead to dehydration and numerous health problems.

Animal cuts contains ephedrine, caffeine, and an aspirin-derivative. They call it a “classic E/C/A stack”. This is definitely not the healthiest approach to weight loss. Each Animal Cuts pack contains 200 mg of caffeine. Recommended use is two packets per day. That is 400 mg of caffeine per day. That is the equivalent of almost 8 cups of coffee a day. A combination of so many stimulants can cause headaches, jitteriness, and dependency problems.

I would not recommend this product to anyone but hardcore, professional body builders and even then I do so with caution to use it only short term.
