“I tried this product over a 2 and a half week period and had to stop. Within that time I had not lost any weight whatsoever and followed the directions on the bottle. I felt constipated and bloated all the time. It did give me more energy and made me jittery and also supressed the appetite. Why I lost no weight I am not sure, I also increased my weight training and protein intake at the same time.
