SesaThin fat loss supplement from Avant Labs. It is a product that contains primarily only one ingredient sesamin which is a constituent of Sesame Seeds. Avant Labs claims that SesaThin will “increase fat burning, decrease fat storage, combat cholesterol, and is an anti-inflammatory.”
From the research that I have done the only true thing that I have found about these claims is that sesamin has an anti-inflammatory effect on mice. In that case an Asprin would produce the same result.
Most of the customer reviews that I have read have nothing good to say about the product. I found a couple good customer reviews out of the thirty I looked at but, they were most likely people trying to sell the product. The lowest prices I found for SesaThin were around $20.00 dollars. I believe you could get the same result from a $4.00 dollar supplement at Wall-Mart.
The fact is SesaThin is a cheep product and I feel you would get a lot better results from products that contains more active ingredients.

I would not waste my time with this supplement. There is no true backing to what Avant Labs claim. It seems to be just another hyped supplement that uses a cheap ingredient that is very inexpensive to buy in bulk.
