We’ve all been there before. You know what I’m talking about, wishing that there was a quick fix to help us drop a few sizes in a few days. The Tried N True (TNT) Fat Loss Solution eBook is very different from weight loss pills. In fact, it really belongs in the same aisle as the Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred, P90X, and other diet and exercise programs, because that is exactly what it is.

Instead of offering to change the way that your body works with this ingredient or that ingredient, it teaches you how to work hard in order to make those pounds drop away. Instead of just giving you instructions and yelling ‘GO!’ however, it guides you through the individual exercises and designs meal plans to help you succeed.

The TNT program, which was designed by a fitness trainer named Terry (who by the way, ladies, is worth taking a look at on the website. You can accomplish all of this by learning some of the “secrets” that he has learned through training over the years, which are all included in the eBook.

Pros

One thing that I love about this program is that it promises results through a truly tried and true principle: hard work.

This program is not a simple solution that you take three times a day to make the fat melt off of your body. It requires following the meal plans that come with the eBook and completing strenuous 30-minute workout sessions every day.

What I’m trying to say is that this program could actually work! A huge ‘Pro’ in my book.

Cons

As you can imagine, the Tried N True Fat Loss Solution eBook is not for everyone. If you are looking for a diet pill that does it all, the TNT program is not for you. In order for it to be effective, it will require dedication to the exercise regimen, sore muscles, and self-restraint in the face of all forms of chocolate. The exertion that it will require might just fall into the ‘Con’ category for you.

Our Thoughts

If you haven’t figured out my bias yet, I guess it’s time to state it outright: I love the idea of this program. I think it could really work and really change the lives of those who use it for the better. If you don’t know if you can commit to it, save yourself the $78 for now until you get into a habit of exercising and eating healthily. Once you have, go ahead and give it a shot.
